Construction of a pole for the reception of businesses on a land of approximately 7 800 m² located on the 211 Way of the Madrague Ville in Marseille (13015), covering:
— new construction of 1 250 m² usable, broken down as follows:
— business premises (650 m² usable) consisting of 20 workshops of 25 m² and 2 workshops of approximately 75 m²;
offices (350 m² usable) divided into 16 offices of 15 m² and an open space;
common premises (250 m² usable) made up of offices and areas for animation of the cluster.
