Description

Open call for tenders for works – reference TE010461.P11: phase IVb, Women and Kind, parcel of plastering.
The contract to be carried out includes, within a new project, the construction of a hospital building phase IVb for Campussite Gasthuisberg, Herestraat 49 in 3000 Leuven. This concerns the development of the campus with 2 consecutive hospital buildings in which the services for Female and Kind are grouped into areas such as birth quarters, maternity, paediatrics, gynaecology, among others.
The works are carried out on a hospital site in operation. In addition, during certain periods, other contractors on other assignments (e.g. riding complex) will be working on the site itself. It is possible that this could cause some nuisance to the works. The contractor must be aware that this may affect the performance of his work. However, the developer will make every effort to limit this.
The present contract includes the ‘Preliminary work’ lot. For a detailed description of the contract, please refer to the technical provisions of the specifications.
