Description

Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) for vehicles and vans. Applications to DIS can be made on an ongoing basis. If the person who applies to be included in the DIS meets the requirements (fill in the document and attach any requested appendices) they will automatically receive the "Specific procurements" advertised in the DIS in step 2. More information on what DIS is and how to apply (step 1) and respond to "Specific procurements" (step 2) can be found in the procurement documents. Important information: The supplier has the option and is recommended to use the electronic ESPD form available in e-Avrop. If the Supplier chooses to reply to the ESPD form, no proof/certificates of exclusion grounds need to be attached to the tender. However, other certificates must be attached if requested until the time of application otherwise it will be taken in after the application has been received. If you have not chosen to reply to the ESPD, the statement of truth must be attached to the application as well as the requested certificates. See the 'shall' requirements list.
