Description
The main elements of the assignment are two bed vending machines with a joint system for control and with interface with operation systems and other systems for optimal interaction with, for example, bed washing, personnel who handle beds and operational personnel. The vending machines for beds are located in each of the high-rise buildings in the Somatikk building at the new hospital.

Description: The evaluation of the tenderer's assignment comprehension is based on the sub-criteria and requested documentation in the right column. The sub-criteria are in prioritised order. 1. An account of how the tenderer plans to carry out the assignment in such a way that the contract requirements are fulfilled. The following points shall be included in the account; a. Plan for following up HSE and quality management of critical work assignments b. Description of rigging, operation and own logistics at the construction site. c. An account of the most critical risk factors and how these shall be handled. The description stated in the above points shall be brief and precise. The total description should not exceed 10 pages. 2. An organisation chart showing how the tenderer intends to organise the project with a description of central functions. 3. Completed form of qualities for the offered delivery, cf. completed contract annex C40 Requirement List.

Description: The evaluation of the award criteria is based on the key personnel and requested documentation stated in the right column. The key persons are stated in order of priority. Experience will also be weighted higher than education in the evaluation. The offered key personnel must be able to participate in any negotiations. 5. CVs for • 1 project manager, • 1 engineering design manager, • 1 site manager, • 1 HSE manager and • 1 interface coordinator/ITB person responsible. CVs should show a. Education b. Relevant experience in up to five reference projects. c. The number of years experience for the position offered by the key person. Regarding b.: For each reference project, the following shall be described: • Project name and address • Description of the project: complexity, size and time period. • The offered person's role in the project • Name and contact information of a reference person.
