Description

Denna upphandling avser Ramavtal bygg. Ramavtalet omfattar uppdrag såsom underhållsarbeten eller ny-, till- och ombyggnader. Lejonfastigheter kommer i denna upphandling att teckna ramavtal med fyra (4) entreprenörer. Lejonfastigheters avrop kommer att ske genom en kombination av procentuell fördelning och förnyad konkurrensutsättning. Linköpings kommun kommer i denna upphandling vara avropsberättigade från två (2) entreprenörer. Linköpings kommuns avrop kommer att ske genom rangordning. Linköpings kommun kommer att bli avropsberättigade från de två entreprenörer med högst totalpoäng enligt 1.4 Utvärdering. Den årliga uppdragsvolymen kan uppskattas till cirka 150 000 000 SEK per år. Grund för dessa värden är baserat på historiska värden och en uppskattning av framtida behov. Takvolymen är 1 000 000 000 SEK. Om angiven takvolym uppnås kommer ramavtalet att sägas upp och upphandlas på nytt.
