Description

The subject matter of the contract is the procurement of project preparation services for the authorisation of the execution of construction works and technical implementation projects, including details of implementation, for the conversion of thermal points 1, 3 and 4 Pata from the municipality of Cluj-Napoca into cvartal thermal power plants.
1) the number of days before which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/applications is 15 days;
2) the contracting entity will reply to requests for clarifications/additional information, which were sent within the deadline set out in the invitation to participate, on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications.
