Description

The subject of the contract is: 1) providing technical support services for the eGranty system in the field of removing defects, security gaps, configuration optimization, updating libraries and components, and performing updates of technical documentation, system and user; 2) provision of development services within the framework of working hours proposed by the Contractor in the maximum number of 2,600 programming hours for the implementation of new functionalities and modifications existing within the needs notified by the Ordering Party. The Customer guarantees the use of 1 400 man-hours, and in relation to the remaining 1 200 man-hours, reserves the right to use them in the form of an option right, to any extent during the term of the contract, depending on possible needs (in particular due to technical reasons or changes in the relevant law), as well as not to use these services at all (option right); 3) provision of periodic reviews of the state of the environment in accordance with the schedule presented in the contractor's offer, which will be carried out at the Employer's headquarters. The contractor will review the entire system environment and submit a report with possible recommendations.
