Description

The Expert Panel will perform evaluations of European (EU) proposals and provide support to Dublin City Council (DCC) staff applying for EU funding. DCC will establish a panel of EU experts who will provide assistance with inputs ranging from technical advice to proposal writing. DCC may invite some respondents for interview. The key roles are: - Expertise in European funding sources and programmes applicable to DCC - Expertise in European proposal writing to support DCC staff in preparing successful applications - Update DCC with any new EU funding streams/initiatives that may be applicable. It is anticipated that DCC will enter into a market consultation with a selection of parties, at DCC’s sole discretion. Please note that this is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. Also the process will not be utilised in order to preclude participation in any future competition to be conducted by Dublin City Council Without prejudice to competition in the market places, the purpose of this Market Consultation will be to examine and consider the various technical and commercial options which might present themselves through a competitive tender process to be advertised in the near future. The Market Consultation may also assist Dublin City Council in the development of the procurement strategy for any subsequent competition.
