Description

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas (Group E) for the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027 for gas consumption points (PPG) broken down into lots: 1.1. The first part, which concerns the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel to entities partially entitled to purchase fuel according to the approved sales tariff and partially multiple in competitive market prices. The annual quantity of gaseous fuel at tariff prices is: 28 327 510 kWh (basic order), at competitive market prices: 1 387 802 kWh (basic contract) . Full information on the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annex 1A to the FTZ – description of the subject-matter of the contract. The Ordering Party submitted a statement of the RECIPIENT OF GAS FUELS on the use of gaseous fuel referred to in Article 62ba sec. 2 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 – Annex 9 to the FTZ. On this basis, the PPGs covered by these declarations will be settled according to the prices resulting from the applicable sales tariff approved by the President of the ERO. 1.2. The second part, which concerns the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel at competitive market prices.
