Concession concerning the financing, design, construction and operation of the installations comprising the 25-year district heating network The city of Aulnay-sous-Bois has a district heating network with the following characteristics (financial year 2023 data): • A subscribed power at 31 December 2023 equal to 22 971 kW • A network length of 8.08 km • The service of 37 substations, or 5 662 housing equivalents • A sales volume of thermal energy of 42 GWh / year The city has delegated the management of its network, the current concession expires on 23/06/2026. By deliberation No. 14 dated March 5, 2025, the City of Aulnay-sous-Bois approved the principle of the use of public service delegation for, inter alia, the financing, design, construction and operation of the installations composing the heating network. The purpose of this consultation is to designate the future delegatee of this public service and to conclude with him a concession contract within the framework of the public service delegation.
