Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa części zamiennych do pojazdów w zakresie umowy ramowej na lata 2023-2025, w zakresie 3 niżej wymienionych zadań:
Zadanie nr 1 – części do pojazdów marki STAR;
Zadanie nr 2 – części do pojazdu marki JELCZ 442.32;
Zadanie nr 3 – części do pojazdu marki HONKER.
2. Jeżeli wykonawca zamierza powierzyć realizację części zamówienia podwykonawcy,zamawiający zamawiający żąda wskazania przez wykonawcę w druku OFERTA informacji o przewidywanym w ramach danego zadania podwykonawstwie oraz wskazania części zamówienia, których wykonanie w ramach danego
zadania wykonawca zamierza powierzyć podwykonawcy/-com (jeżeli są już znani) wraz z podaniem nazw/firm podwykonawcy/-ców (również w JEDZ część II sekcja D).
3. Wykonawca składa ofertę za pośrednictwem platformy zakupowej (SmartPzp). Sposób jej złożenia został opisany w dokumentach zamówienia.
4. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w dokumentach zamówienia.
