Description

Hankinnan kohteena oli LVI ennakkohuolto- ja korjauspalvelut tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti.
Palvelut tuotetaan Pasilan Yle-keskuksessa. Työt ovat pääsääntöisesti kiinteistöjen LVI- järjestelmien kunnossapitotöitä.
Hankinta jaettiin neljään (4) osa-alueseen, josta tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen (1) tai useampaan osaan. Osa-alueet ovat:
1. LVV-työt (lämpö-, vesi- ja viemärityöt)
2. IV-työt (ilmastointityöt)
3. IV-kanavien puhdistus
4. Kylmätekniikan ennakkohuolto- ja korjaustyöt.
Hankinnalla luodaan puitejärjestely, jossa jokaiseen osa-alueeseen valitaan enintään neljä (4) toimittajaa.
