Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności:
1) dostawę mebli biurowych do obiektów Policji woj. podlaskiego szczegółowo opisanych w Szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ,
2) udzielenie Zamawiającemu gwarancji na przedmiot zamówienia na warunkach szczegółowo określonych we Wzorze umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ,
Szczegółowe wymagania dla przedmiotu zamówienia określa Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
