Provision of medical equipment under the NRRP to increase the capacity of newborn wards in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications under the project ‘Change to life by increasing capacities and equipping the hospital infrastructure dedicated to the care of the critical neonatal patient at Louis Turcanu Children’s Emergency Clinical Hospital Timișoara’. A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is no more than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply within the deadline mentioned in point B. and therefore any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered TARDIVA.
