Acid clorhidric tehnic si Lesie de soda caustica, Produse pentru tratarea apei si Var tehnic hidratat -3 loturi, dupa cum urmeaza: Lot nr. 1- Acid clorhidric tehnic şi Leșie de sodă caustică, conform cerințelor Caietului de sarcini nr. 52/31.07.2024, Fiselor Tehnice nr. 1÷ 2 și Anexelor atașate acestuia. Lot nr. 2- Produse pentru tratarea conform cerințelor Caietului de sarcini nr. 52/31.07.2024, Fiselor Tehnice nr. 3÷ 12 și Anexelor atașate acestuia. Lot nr. 3 - Var tehnic hidratat, conform cerințelor Caietului de sarcini nr. 52/31.07.2024, Fisei Tehnice nr. 13 și Anexelor atașate acestuia. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici interesați de accesul la procedură de atribuire pot solicita clarificări: până în a 18 -a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP semnata cu semnatura electronica extinsa. (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea contractantă va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limita stabilit mai sus, conform art. 29 alin (3) din HG 394/2016, entitatea contractantă urmând sa nu dea curs solicitărilor de clarificări adresate după termenul-limită stabilit mai sus sau solicitate prin altă modalitate de comunicare decât cea stabilită prin anunțul de participare. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare in a 11 - a zi înainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor
