Es sind Leistungen im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens Erweiterung der Katholische Grundschule, Franziskus der Kreisstadt Euskirchen zu erbringen. Das Baufeld liegt im Gültigkeitsbereich des Bebauungsplans BP 24 c der Kreisstadt Euskirchen. Die Planung ist so angelegt, dass die Baugrenzen bis auf eine kleinere Überschreitung an der Straßenfront eingehalten werden.
