Description

As part of the project, a comprehensive energy renovation of the building will be carried out. A thermal envelope is formed around the building. The thermal envelope includes the replacement of the windows with new, energy-efficient windows, the addition of a WDVS on the facades and the insulation of the basement and storage ceiling from the underside. For the installation of the basement ceiling insulation, the complete dismantling of all rented parts in the basement is required. The tenant's property is professionally cleared out for the duration of the work, temporarily stored and re-introduced after completion of the measures. The aim of the remediation measure is to achieve the EH55.
