Description

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a public financial advisory contract for the benefit of the Agence des participations de l'Etat (hereinafter referred to as "the Public Person" or "the EPA") in the context of work relating to: (i) to the New French Nuclear Programme (NNF), (ii) to the evolution of the framework applicable to the operation of French hydraulic dams, (iii) to the financing of the programme for the renewal of facilities downstream of the nuclear cycle. The contractor will act in this capacity to carry out financial and strategic analyses, including elements of financial and strategic benchmarking. The expected services will be carried out on the basis of public information and/or transmitted by the Public Person. The holder may also be required to collaborate, if necessary, with other councils mandated by the Public Person or by the EDF Group. Certain aspects of the assignment, which are subject to confidentiality obligations, will be communicated subsequently to the economic operators who have regularly signed a confidentiality undertaking (NDA), under the conditions laid down in the consultation rules.
