The subject matter of the public procurement is ‘Service maintenance of an information system for a public register of low- and upper-tier enterprises falling within the scope of Chapter Seven, Section One of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)’. The scope of service maintenance of the information system includes: • weekly review of system logs for problems, including attempts at unauthorized access; • monthly maintenance of software applications (internal system and public site) and database; • troubleshooting of technical failures leading to complete or partial loss of functionality of the information system - within the same day and with a duration of not more than one working day; • changes in the functionality of software applications when necessary, for example in case of regulatory changes, addition of new case management systems, etc., with a workload not exceeding ten man-days for the entire period of the contract; • service of an e-mail address for inquiries and notifications of problems by users, as well as a contact phone number within the working day for urgent problems; • within the duration of the contract and if necessary, the Contractor may be required to migrate the IT system once to another IT infrastructure, including: - Construction of a highly-sustainable virtualization platform (in VMware environment) for normal operation and reservation of the information system in a hardware environment of the Assignor, different from the current one, in which the system and maintenance are currently running and for the entire duration of the contract; Migration of information systems to the virtualization platform, including modules and components that integrate with other systems; - Test all system functionalities after migration; - Putting migrated systems into real-life operation; All the above activities must be carried out within 15 working days after notification by the Contracting Authority of the need for migration. All changes, migration and tests must be carried out outside working hours without disrupting the workflow of employees working with the system; The supply of system software licenses is not subject to this order. The execution of the order does not involve the development of new functionalities.
