Description

The municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz intends to build a new town hall as a replacement for the previous town hall. This new building is to be built on the current town hall plot with around 4,800 m2. According to the climate protection concept of the municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz, the new town hall building should at least meet the energy standard KFW-40 and be climate-neutral in operation. The technical equipment of the building should meet these high ecological and economic requirements. The focus is on cost-optimized planning.
