Description

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services of temporarily assigned employees (hereinafter referred to as "DPZ"), who will perform work for the Contracting Authority in Prague and in regional offices in all regional cities of the Czech Republic. DPZ will be provided in the form of temporary assignment to work according to the provisions. Section 307a et seq. of Act No 262/2006, the Labour Code, as amended, where the DPZ will be employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract or an agreement on work activities, but will perform the work for the Contracting Authority.
