Description

The Border Guard, acting on the basis of the Border Guard Act, uses in its daily service the ICT systems necessary in the process of border traffic control, state border surveillance and in part of the external border of the European Union. For this purpose, it uses a number of ICT systems built on the basis of modern technologies. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of the following tasks:Action I: Covering the manufacturer's warranty of the devices and software currently used by the Border Guard indicated by the Ordering Party. Task II: Providing advanced technical support to the Ordering Party in solving problems and administering the Border Guard telecommunications system. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure in question if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis is provided for in the contract notice (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act).
