The sale of the sites is linked to the development of the future headquarters of SNCB Avenue Fonsny. Today, SNCB’s existing central administrative and rail functions are located in the sites offered for sale. However, SNCB wants to consolidate its services around Brussels-Midi station in a building to be developed in the current buildings located Avenue Fonsny 47, 48 and 49. The renovated Fonsny Buildings (“Fonsny Buildings”) will form the headquarters of SNCB.
