Description

The Municipality of Ede, to be named client, aims to organise ICT management from a compact ICT department on the basis of a registrar model, in which fitting-out, management and monitoring tasks can be invested more with external service providers.
For the coming years, the client intends to place the supply of hardware and system software for the central computer space and networks to 1 contracted service provider. Many equipment needs to be replaced in the next 2 years, leading to extensive replacement and implementation pathways.
