Under the contract PUD Development, Design and Execution of Works to achieve the objective “Modernization of the University Educational Infrastructure of Nutrition and Animal Potology of U.S.A.M.V. Cluj-Napoca at “Jucu” the following will be executed: a) PUD ELABORATION b) DESIGN SERVICES for the PT phase, according to the solution approved for the SF phase: - drawing up the technical project (PAC, PAD - where appropriate, POE, PTE), - drawing up the necessary documentation to obtain the agreements, approvals and authorisations related to the investment objective - technical assistance from the designer throughout the execution period of the works c) EXECUTION WORKS: -execution of the works in accordance with the approved PT documentation and based on the Execution Details documentation related to the Technical Project The subject of the contract does not include the supply of machinery, technological and functional equipment that does not require assembly and transport equipment and the provision of facilities (Chapter 4.4. and Chapter 4.5 of the General Investment Estimate). NOTE : In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended and supplemented by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, the contracting authority sets 1 deadline – the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: If the request for clarification/additional information is uploaded in SEAP within the deadline of 21 days before the deadline for submission of tenders according to Section I.1) of the Data Sheet, the contracting authority will respond to the requests for clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders by 11 days.
