Description

The aim of the procurement contract is to produce the real estate maintenance work of Kiinteistö Oy Siikataipale as a purchasing service in accordance with the tender specifications and appendices. The agreement follows the property management agreement programme v1.1 (Appendix 1) and KP YSE 2007 appended to the invitation to tender. Normal quality grades in accordance with Kh RYL 2009 are followed in relation to the management of outdoor areas. The object of the procurement is house maintenance, outdoor area management and cleaning of the properties listed in Annex 2 (22 properties, 42 buildings). Property management is divided into three sub-areas (a) House maintenance, (b) Outdoor area management and (c) Cleaning. Each sub-area includes all the properties targeted. Section (c) Cleaning The tasks according to the property management agreement, the service descriptions for each area and the separate instructions supplementing them are described in separate appendices.
