1. The subject of the contract includes the successive collection and management of waste in a recovery or recycling process in accordance with the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) biodegradable waste of code 20 02 01. 2. The estimated quantity of waste under code 20 02 01 to be collected and disposed of by the Contractor during the period of performance of the contract shall not be less than 100 Mg but shall not exceed 500 Mg. 3.
