The project includes in particular: - A new half-board on the ground floor in connection with the courtyard for 550 rationnaires, including a part in the existing and a part in extension, and including a production kitchen, - A new gym and its annexes in a new independent building, - The restructuring of the college by integrating agent premises, new trivialized rooms, the expansion of the sanitary facilities and the CDI, and by providing for the simplification of circulations and the grouping of functional poles (including the asbestos removal of the premises), - The replacement of external joinery, the insulation of the facades and the renovation of the roof, - The replacement of the ISS and the elevator, - A new forecourt and a PRM accessibility of the college, - A preau in connection with the half-board.
