Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie Usług dla Platformy Usług Elektronicznych Urzędu Patentowego, zwanej dalej Systemem, w zakresie: 1.1. Aktualizacji Oprogramowania Standardowego; 1.2. Świadczenia Usługi Utrzymania; 1.3. Świadczenia Usługi Rozwoju w wymiarze 2000 roboczogodzin (2000 roboczogodzin + zaoferowane dodatkowe … roboczogodziny); 1.4. Przedłużenia gwarancji na infrastrukturę serwerową, przedłużenia gwarancji producenta sprzętu oraz przedłużenia wsparcia producenta na Oprogramowanie Standardowe. 2. W ramach realizacji Przedmiotu Umowy Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych i praw zależnych do utworów (Produktów) wytworzonych lub zmodyfikowanych przez Wykonawcę w związku z wykonywaniem Umowy, na polach eksploatacji wskazanych w Umowie.
