Description

Der Auftraggeber entsorgt Siedlungs- und Gewerbeabfälle der Stadt Kassel und umliegender Landkreise. Durch den Betrieb von zwei Verbrennungslinien werden die Abfälle hochwertig energetisch verwertet. In moderner Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung wird Fernwärme und Strom nach Bedarf erzeugt. Die Energie wird in die Strom- und Fernwärmenetze der Stadt Kassel eingespeist.
Die Verbrennungslinien verfügen über Vorschubrost und eine Gleichstromfeuerung. Im Dampferzeuger wird derzeit pro Linie 36-37 t/h Frischdampf bei 420 °C und 40 bar erzeugt. Eine Entnahme-Kondensationsturbine kann bis 17,4 MW Strom oder bis zu 44 MW Fernwärme erzeugen.
Der Auftraggeber plant für die vorhandenen Dampferzeuger eine Leistungserhöhung durchzuführen. Damit verbunden sind höhere Abfalldurchsätze, größere Rauchgasvolumina usw. Um die Auswirkungen der Leistungssteigerung zu regeln, sind alle Anlagenteile und Betriebseinheiten zu überprüfen und ggf. technisch in der Leistungsfähigkeit anzupassen.
