Description

The target of the procurement is ready-made software as a comprehensive service. The procurement includes the training required for the delivery, commissioning, use of the service, support, maintenance and expert services, as well as updates to the service. An additional purchase option is a service that analyzes the recordings of calls to customer service. Ready-made software is used as a comprehensive service for analysing existing and accumulating text materials, especially customer feedback, open responses to surveys and data mining. The data processed are both individual datasets and continuously accumulating datasets. The software produces comprehensible analysis results from text anemones that the subscriber can utilize in their organization. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The Contractor shall not undertake to pay the amounts specified in the invitation to tender.
