Description

Storage and warehousing services. Storage and retrieval services. Storage services. Furniture Removal & Storage Service. The Wheatley Housing Group intend to enter into an arrangement for the removal of domestic and commercial customers' belongings from their existing residence to either a permanent relocation address or to storage. They will also arrange for a disposal service to remove previous tenants' belongings, as and when required. The supply and delivery of disposal boxes will be a provision of the contract.
Supplier(s) will be required to cater for the Groups' customers, located in a range of local communities including Glasgow, Edinburgh, West Lothian, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, West Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire, Argyll and surrounding areas. The dwellings will comprise a variety of property types which include: low rise & multi storey blocks, tenements, four-in-a-block, townhouses, etc.
The contract will be based on the Wheatley Housing Group's General Conditions of Contract for Services.
