Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the wholesale supply of diesel during the period of: summer, transient and winter propulsion of compression ignition engines used in urban transport buses at the Municipal Transport Plant in Bielsko-Biała. In the public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority will use the so-called. the ‘reverse procedure’ referred to in Article 24aa of the Public Procurement Act. Thus, the contracting authority will first assess the tenders submitted in the light of the conditions for rejecting the tender (Article 89(1). 1 of the Public Procurement Act) and the tender evaluation criteria set out in Part VIII of the ToR, and then examine whether the contractor whose tender was assessed as the most advantageous is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
