Description

Ziel des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Technischen Ausrüstung – Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 nach § 53 ff HOAI. Das Vergabeverfahren wird auf Grundlage des §74 Vergabeverordnung (nachfolgend VgV genannt) als Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß §17 VgV durchgeführt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise nach den einzelnen Leistungsphasen (nachfolgend LP genannt). Vorgesehen ist nach Abschluss des Vergabeverfahrens zunächst die Beauftragung der LP 1 bis 4. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller vorgesehenen Leistungsphasen besteht nicht, ebenso kein Rechtsanspruch auf die Weiterbeauftragung nach Erbringung erster Leistungsphasen. Die vertraglichen Grundleistungen sind dem beiliegenden Vertrag zu entnehmen. Ebenso ergibt sich der konkrete Umfang der zu vergebenden Planungsleistung aus dem Vertrag, der mit dem Auftragnehmer abgeschlossen wird.
