The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of 3,907 properties inhabited from the Dobrcz Commune. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) collection and transport and management of waste in municipal installations from property owners living in the Dobrcz Commune, on which municipal waste is generated with the frequency specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dobrcz Commune, 2) supplying property owners with containers for unsegregated (mixed) and selective waste (bio-waste, glass, ashes and slags from home furnaces) and equipping the property with bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics and paper) by individual fractions for property owners from the Dobrcz Commune. The lease of containers will cover the entire period of performance of the contract, 3) reporting in accordance with the applicable regulations, 4) waste management with respect to recovery or disposal rates of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the Act on municipal waste collected from property owners in the Dobrcz Commune, 5) transfer in accordance with Article 9ea of the Act on municipal waste and management of separately collected municipal waste from PSZOK in a waste recovery and disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 20 paragraph. 2 of the Waste Act, 6) lease and equipment for the entire duration of the contract of PSZOK in containers used for the collection of municipal waste separately collected according to individual fractions, 7) supply in containers for the collection of waste batteries and accumulators collected at designated points (one container per point ), 8) supply in containers for expired medicines of pharmacies and pharmacy outlets (one container per pharmacy and pharmacy outlet ) and collection and management of this waste, 9) collection and transport and management of waste collected at PSZOK, 10) equipment of PSZOK in containers and containers.
