The listed building House 3 (built in 1912, gross floor area approx. 12,000 m ², BRI approx. 43,900 m ³), which until recently was continuously used as a bed house, is being converted into 75 apartments for nursing staff of Münchenstift GmbH and München Klinik gGmbH. The building has one UG, one EG, three OGs and one DG. The western, one-storey extension (house 3b) and the eastern, two-storey connecting building (house 3a) were built retrospectively (construction period approx. 1961-1967) and are not part of the monument protection.
