Description

The audit shall cover.
— the overall closure and situation report of the Land Hessen as at 31 December 2012,
— the sub-group accounts and situation reports as at 31.12.2012 of the business of the Hessian Prime Minister, the Hessen Ministry of the Interior and Sports, the Hessen Ministry of Culture, the Hessian Ministry of Justice, Integration and Europe, the Ministry of Finance, the Finance Subgroup, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport and Regional Development, the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Ministry of the Environment, Energy, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, and the Ministry of Science and Arts of Hessen,
— as well as the annual accounts and annual reports as at 31 December 2012 of the Hessisches Staatssgerichtshof and the Hessen State Parliament/Hessian Data Protection Commissioner.
The audit is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Sections 316 et seq. of the HGB and the auditing standards of the Institute of Auditors (IDW). In order to ensure uniform standards and from a rating point of view, the audit reports should contain meaningful metrics and analyses.
