In order to confirm that the parking services offered comply with the requirements set out in Chapter VII of Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor is required to submit, together with the tender, a technical description of the deposit car park offered by the Contractor, together with its address, and to enter the road distance of the car park to the Police unit commissioning the parking service (in accordance with Annex No 1A or Annex No 1B to the SWZ). 11. The location of the car park where the vehicles and their parts will be secured must be located in the district competent for the given task in the proceedings or at a road distance of no more than 50 km from the headquarters of the Police unit concerned by the task. Pursuant to Article 95 para. 1 of the Employer Act requires employment on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465), by the Contractor or Subcontractor, for the entire duration of the contract: at least one person driving the towing vehicle operator, (b) at least one person operating the car park.
