Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity between 1.1.2020 and 31.12.2020 to 1.110 consumption points (EPP) with a total estimated volume (± 10 %) of 17 638.00 MWh, including:
(1) For premises and facilities/tariff group B/(Lot 1 of the contract) – 6 627.00 MWh – detailed list of EPP is set out in Annex 1a to the ToR
(2) For premises and facilities/other tariff groups/(Part 2 of the contract) – 9 857.30 MWh – detailed list of EPP is set out in Annex 1b to the ToR
(3) For road lighting (Lot 3 of the contract) – 1 153.70 MWh – the detailed list of EPP is set out in Annex 1c to the ToR
The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for procurers (customers) other than the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates set out in the contract.
