Description

Upphandlingen avser Transport av kylda måltider ramavtal 2025 - 2029. Förutsättningar För matens kulinariska kvalitet samt krav i livsmedelslagstiftningen ska transport ske med obruten kylkedja i + 3 grader. Alla turer körs utan hänsyn till röda dagar. Beräknade vikter för vagnar med och utan innehåll: · Livsmedelsvagn: 70 kg vagn och upp till 70 kg mat. o Se bilaga 5 · Matvagn Arvika: 203kg vagn och cirka 60kg porslin & mat o Se bilaga 3 · Gastrovagn: med matlådor 100kg vagn och cirka 60kg mat o Se bilaga 4. ARVIKA För Arvika är det tre (3) måltider till fem (5) vårdavdelningar som ska levereras dagligen, livsmedel levereras enligt avrop. Leverans sker till ett kylrum vid en lossningspunkt. Returgods hämtas i ett rum bredvid kylrummet. KRISTINEHAMN I Kristinehamn är det lunch- och middagsmåltider samt livsmedel, som avropas efter behov, med leverans - måndag och torsdag. Leverans sker till personal vid två (2) lossningspunkter. Där hämtas även returgods. CENTRALSJUKHUSET I KARLSTAD All patientmat och livsmedel hämtas på Centralsjukhuset i Karlstad. Vagnar för patientmat och vagnar för livsmedel hämtas i två olika kylrum. Returgods återlämnas i två olika rum i anslutning till kylrummen. UTRUSTNING Utrustning för måltider och livsmedel beskrivs i bilaga 2–4. Arvika har en typ av vagn för måltider med leverans på brickor, en bricka per patient och måltid (bilaga 3). Kristinehamn har en annan typ med leverans i flerportionsutrustning (bilaga 4). För leverans av livsmedel används samma typ av vagn till båda orterna, se bilaga 5.
