Description

Objektplanung Gebäude, Innenräume und Freianlagen, Grundleistungen der LPH 2 bis 9 für die Umsetzung eines neuen Konzeptes für das Industriemuseum, Verlegung des Eingangs mit Besucherempfang, Räumliche Umgestaltung des Publikumsbereiches der Dauerausstellung (ohne Ausstellungseinrichtung) Seminar-, Tagungs-, Veranstaltungs-, Sanitär- und Nebenräume in der Walzhalle, Brandschutz. Städtebauliche Aufwertung, neue Erschließung, zusätzliche Stellplätze und Kinderaktionsfläche. Einrichtung einer Schreinerei im Depot und Stuhllager, Überarbeitung Werkstatt und Technikräume.
Die zu bearbeitende BGF beträgt ca. 7 000 m². Die zu beplanende Aussenfläche beträgt ca. 6 000 m². Die Gebäude stehen unter Denkmalschutz.
Vorgesehen ist ein
— funktional effektives;
— wirtschaftlich effizientes;
— nach den Kriterien des nachaltigen Bauens geplantes;
— nutzungsbedingte Forderungen umsetzendes (museale Umgestaltung eines Industriedenkmals unter Berücksichtigung des Besucherstromes);
— gestalterische Belange berücksichtigendes;
— städtebauliche Anbindung zur Quartierumgebung des „Kultur-Dreiecks” berücksichtigendes;
— öffentlich-rechtlichen Anforderungen gerechtes Gebäude.
