Description

Formalised procedure (Article L2124-1 of the Code) of the open invitation to tender type (Article L2124-2 of the Code) in accordance with Article R2124-1 & 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the Code. Framework agreement (Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Code) awarded to a single contractor for current supplies and services, with no minimum and a maximum amount of EUR 300 000 excluding tax for each period of the contract. In accordance with art.2162-13 & 14 of the Code, it will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders that will be notified by the buyer as and when required.
