Description

The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG Westfalen) is planning the energetic refurbishment as well as other structural measures of the Martinusquelle facility with thermal swimming pool and sports hall. Significant parts of the project for energy-efficient refurbishment are already being planned in the course of funded measures (ERDF). Further construction work is now to follow. This applies to conversions in various components (e.g. conversion therapy areas, offices, refurbishment roof areas) as well as the redesign of the main entrance. The Martinusquelle facility will be fully operational throughout the refurbishment phase and all patients will continue to be on site. The refurbishment is carried out in stages. The parts of the building affected by the refurbishment are pulled empty as part of the project implementation and can then be refurbished in one go. The services requested here are planning services electrical (basic services of the HOAI, service phases 2-8, §53 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15) - power plants, - telecommunications and information technology plants. Parts of the measures are already in different planning phases. Therefore, not all service phases are part of the requested services. The contract to be awarded shall cover the following phases of performance: - Renovation/new construction Main entrance: Performance phases 4 to 8, - Further conversion areas: Performance phase 2 to 8. The measures already in progress are partly funded (ERDF). Care should be taken to ensure strict separation between subsidised and non-sponsored measures, in particular with regard to measurement and billing. The costs are according to DIN 276 on the 3.
