Description

Construction of a new farm for the Tierpark Grimmen consisting of 5 construction facilities. 01 Social building with carport 02 Barn (Heulager and tractor shed) 03 Workshop/ fodder kitchen with carport 04 Infirmary with aviary 05 Manure plate Number and height of the planned floors: four buildings are single-storey, one building is 2-storey. Access possibilities: It is a residential street only about 3.50 m wide here in the construction area, which ends as a dead end in an adjacent small residential area (Am Tierpark) with limited turning possibilities. The access can be made via Von-Homeyer-Straße from its northern connection to Landesstraße 19 (Greifswalder Straße). No special accesses and accesses to the construction site are provided by the AG. Existing access roads to and within the construction site must be used. The nature and equipment of the access possibilities is the responsibility of the AN, including the immediate cleaning and repair of all roads and paths used as access. This does not incur any additional costs for the AG.
