Předmětem veřejné zakázky je záchrana unikátních historických interiérů, zejména štukové výzdoby, maleb, podlah. Součástí veřejné zakázky je také statické zajištění stropů, elektroinstalace a stavební zapravení oken, včetně výroby nebo repase historických oken a dveří a vytvoření nových tapet, inspirovanými dle historické fotografie. Nedílnou součásti plnění veřejné zakázky jsou doplňující restaurátorské a stavební průzkumy a závěrečné restaurátorské zprávy.
