Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of equipment, equipment and social-domestic and administrative-office equipment under the project entitled: ‘Improvement of medical services in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship by putting into service the reconstructed premises of the former operational unit and the reorganised Cardiology Clinics and diagnostic studios of the University Hospital No 1, Dr. A. Jurasza in Bydgoszcz, as defined in Annexes 2a and 2b (concerning parts 1-3 and 5) to the ToR. The subject-matter of the contract covers 11 indivisible lots for which the Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted, provided that the tender in each of them must be complete (covering all the items listed within the lot) and must comply with the specific requirements laid down in the form of prices. (Annex 2a), in addition to Parts 1, 2, 3 and 5, also those referred to in the form of technical equipment. — used. (Annex 2b) as well as the requirements of point 3 of the ToR.
