Description

The contract to be awarded mainly involves the on-demand cleaning of various tanks at waste water treatment plants (WWTPs). The service also includes the removal and processing of certain released sediments. In order to fulfil its tasks, the HHR uses various tanks. These tanks must be cleaned periodically, whereby the separation and disposal of the sediment (including sand & grate) must be carried out in a responsible manner. The purpose of this tender is to select a Contractor who will take care of the cleaning of certain tanks in the coming years. The cleaning operations must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in this guide and the annexes and annexes thereto. The Contractor must be able to carry out, among other things, the following activities in a professional manner: • Emptying and cleaning of aeration tanks/aeration tanks; • Emptying and cleaning fermentation tanks; • Emptying and cleaning of anaerobic/anoxic tanks; • Clearing selectors. • Dispose of sediment released during emptying/cleaning. For the above activities, the Tenderer has specialised vehicles such as (non-exhaustive) vacuum trucks, HD pump trucks and combi trucks (suction & pressure).
