Description

The University of St Andrews is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Development Partner for the delivery and maintenance of a number of Student Accommodation projects across the University campus. The University is particularly interested in Development Partners that can demonstrate a commitment to develop, construct and maintain the accommodation for the duration of each such agreement, and additionally demonstrate the ability to deliver projects of varying types and complexity ranging from refurbishment, to finance and (part) operation, to demolition and new build in a variety of locations.
