Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection directly from the property, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of residential real estate (households) and the collection, transport and management of waste from the stationary Point for the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the Commune of Przecław. 2. In accordance with Article 91 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted in two lots, as follows. 2.1 Part 1 of the contract: ‘Removal directly from real estate, transport and management of municipal waste generated by owners of inhabited real estate (households) from the area of the Commune of Przecław’ 2.2 Part 2 of the contract: "Reception, transport and management of waste from a stationary Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK)"
