The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting in supporting the Scientific and Academic Computer Network – National Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as ‘NASK-PIB’ or ‘the Contracting Authority’ in the preparation and implementation of OSINT CTF competitions in the jeopardy formula, hereinafter referred to as ‘CTF’ or ‘Event’, in accordance with the rules set out in the Detailed Description of the subject-matter of the contract and in the content of the contract. The tasks of the Contractor as part of the performance of the subject of the contract will include: 1) Graphic design of the Event, marketing materials, as well as material prizes and gifts for participants of the Event 2) Promotion of the Event in social media 3) Organization and moderation of a series of open lectures (webinars) of recognized specialists in the field of OSINT / infobrokering as part of the promotion of the Event 4) Service and organization of the award ceremony at the NASK-PIB headquarters at ul. Kolska 12 in Warsaw and catering service 5) Purchase, order, preparation and dispatch of promotional items, in-kind prizes and gifts for participants of the Event and clothing for competitions 6) Organisation and provision of individual professional mentoring conducted by specialists in the field of OSINT/infobrokering for the winner of the Event in the "Amator" category 2. The detailed scope of services is specified in the SOPZ in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 3. Deadline for the execution of the contract: 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no later than 27 November 2026 (completion). 4. Pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ Ooh, ooh, ooh. On the basis of Article 222 para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority informs that the total amount it intends to allocate to finance the contract is: 202 950,00 zł gross. 6. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 point 7 of the PPL Act. 7. An analysis of the subject-matter of the contract shows that Article 100 of the PPL is not applicable. 8. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the requirement of employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act. 9. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of option.
